At Future CA Prep, all our products and services are delivered digitally. We do not offer any physical goods or physical deliveries. Please review our delivery policy below.
1. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course(s), study materials, or digital resources immediately or within a few minutes via:
- Your registered account on our platform (futurecaprep.com)
- A confirmation email sent to your registered email address
2. Access to Courses
Once your payment is confirmed, you can log in to your account and access your purchased courses and materials from the My Dashboard section. Access is available 24/7 from any internet-connected device.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Digital access is typically granted instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases of payment processing delays, access may take up to 24 hours. If you experience any delay beyond 24 hours, please contact our support team.
4. Email Confirmation
A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
5. Failed Delivery
