1. Digital Products & Courses

All products and courses offered on Future CA Prep are digital in nature (online courses, study materials, MCQ banks, etc.). Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a course or digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same course/product (duplicate billing).
• You did not receive access to the purchased course/product due to a technical error on our end.
• The course/product content is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• You have already accessed, watched, or downloaded the course content.
• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You purchased the wrong course or product.
• Refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.

5. Processing Time
